Master's thesis is devoted to the question of how to evaluate the results of the project implementation of information systems for the engineering industry, taking into account the specificity of activity and emerging risks. The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations to the evaluation of results of ERP system SAP R/3 implementation project in engineering company. The object of research is the project implementation of the system ERP SAP R / 3 in an engineering company.The subject of research is development of recommendations to the assessment of the implementation of the project.The result of this work are developed recommendations to the evaluation results of the project implementation of the system that take into account the peculiarities of the engineering industry and are based on risk analysis. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main content, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter describes the features of the engineering sector, the role of information technology, the market of existing ERP systems to manage projects and well-known methods and approaches to the evaluation of the implementation of the project results with a description of the advantages and disadvantages for the engineering industry.The second chapter is focused on the structural analysis and information engineering company to the implementation of the project, a multi-stage risk analysis, study the needs of the transition to a new information system and the provision of information about the expected functional results.The intermediate result of this chapter is a group of critical and moderate risk, with further detail on the group of cost, time and quality loss for the business.The third chapter is devoted to the immediate formation of the recommendations and their practical application. To this end, in this chapter we carried out financial measure calculated and built the company's strategic map, based on interim results of the second chapter.
