The master dissertation “The Guarantees of Rights Trade Union Activity” is the research about issues of the legal regulation of guarantees of trade union activity in the Russian Federation. The investigation deals with topical questions about guarantees of rights trade union workers and members as well as trade union in whole. The dissertation involves the analysis of legislation about guarantees of trade union activity in the Russian Federation, international community and the USSR. The research also covers suggestions of changing legislation about guarantees of trade union activity.
