Islamic Legal Thought on Terrorism and Extremism

This thesis contains the key features in the understanding of the terrorism and extremism from the Islamic legal thought . Islamic legal thought brings good arguments, using the historical peculiarities of the Quran and its verses , contrasting them with the arguments of radical Islamic leaders. We consider the relation of the Russian Federation legislation , the actions of the Arab countries on the issue of combating terrorism . Most specifically considered the reflection of Islamic legal thought in the Arab Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism .
