Methods Development of Gamification IT Department Business Processes Based on Employee’s Personality Types

The subject of study of this article is to study the applicability of the various game mechanics to employees with different types of personalities in order to increase their efficiency in the business process of software development. The work will identify the types of personalities of employees through a survey and will identified the relationship of these employees to the use of game mechanics.
