Development of Complex Method of Strategic Management for Retail Trade Companies

The paper is dedicated to the development of complex method of strategic management for retail trade companies. Based on the study of the methods and tools of strategic management, as well as the analysis of the nature of the retail industry, the practical guidance on each stage of strategic management was formulated. The developed methodology is applied in practice on the example of "Decathlon" ,the retail network of sports goods, in order to assess its applicability for retail trade companies.
