Organization Requirements Management in Projects of Custom Software Development

The thesis contains analysis of requirement management processes used by various methods; selection of the most suitable method for projects on custom software development through hierarchy analysis; developed performance indicators to evaluate requirement management processes, and evaluation of an IT company’s projects using those indicators. In accordance with the analysis results, recommendations were made on organization of requirement management processes in the company. The offered changes for the process organization are based on a method selected following a benchmarking study. The elaborated recommendations may be used by companies rendering services on custom software development. In addition, the developed set of performance indicators for requirement management processes may be used by companies employing similar processes. The thesis contains 24 tables, 17 figures, 15 appendices, consists of 101 pages and refers to 37 sources.
