This paper is dedicated to measuring reputation as a quantitative indicator of interaction in social network. Social network is considered in the context of virtual communities, where agents of social network – participants of virtual platforms – connected by specific relations to this virtual platform. Reputation is a quantitative indicator, relying on that, the agents of social network can make interaction decisions with other agents. Over the past half century, the researchers of computer engineering have proposed a large number of models for measuring reputation that use various mathematical methods. However, most of them does not find application in practice. Game-theoretic approach to measuring reputation that is studied in this paper, is especially underrated. In the paper were reviewed game-theoretic models of reputation. The main result of this paper is the practical implementation of the existing game-theoretic models for measuring reputation. Particularly, it was proposed the system based on this model, to measure reputation. There were considered the technical instruments needed to develop the system and there was created a prototype of the system to calculate reputation in citation networks using the selected instruments.
