Result Analysis and Efficiency Evaluation of SAP Implementation Project

This work is devoted to the analysis of results and estimation of economic benefits from the SAP implementation project in the Moscow office of a major Japanese tires distributor company. Background of this work lies in the fact that the assessment of SAP implementation projects and other information systems on financial criteria rarely performed because of the complexity of the search significantly optimized business processes and expression of the benefits of quantitative evaluation, and very often the decision to implement SAP are subjective. In the course of this work have been delivered and performed the following tasks: description and analysis of the SAP implementation project, analysis of the results and the problems encountered during the project, the search for business processes and problems, optimization and decision which could bring the company's economic benefit, counting performance and description alternative and cheaper ways of solving the problems described for the company. This work is designed for students and professionals in the field of economic benefits analysis the of on ERP-class implementation projects.
