Features of Formation and Functioning of Islamist Terrorist Organizations of a New Type: a Comparative Analysis on the Example of al-Qaeda, Hezbollah and ISIS

Graduated paper is devoted to the research of such organizations as al-Qaeda, Hezbolla and ISIS. Main goal of this work is to reveal main features of their ideology, aims and structure of functioning for the following comparison of this organizations. The paper consists of Introduction, three Chapters, Conclusion and Appendixes. The first chapter describes theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of terrorism (terrorism definition is given, different types of terrorist organizations are considered) and ideological bases of Islamism. Second chapter describes the theory of network organizations, as one of bases for this work, and also signs of the state educations are given. Third chapter s empirical part of this research in which these organizations are in detail analyzed and compared. Data are supported with the tables and charts from appendixes. Findings made in each chapter are generalized in the Conclusion.
