Comparative Analysis of HR Management Practices in the International Company Headquarter and its Russian Branch

Final qualifying work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the first part of the study analyzes the existing model of HR management, specific to some countries, their influence on the formation of the Russian model. Also consider the model of national business cultures of G. Hofstede, and the advantages and disadvantages of its application. In the practical part presents a comparative analysis of personnel management practices of the parent company and its Russian represent, for example, the German holding company Home Shopping Europe and the Russian company Direct Trade. The study developed a special technique – checklist implementation of foreign practices of personnel management in the activities of Russian units. After the study, with the use of special techniques, were found to be weak points of the company, after there are recommendations on their elimination.
