Public-private Partnership in the Context of Increasing Competitiveness of Russian Regions

The present paper the features of the mechanism of features of the mech-anism of public-private partnership in the context of increase of competitive-ness of the Russian regions. The main objectives of work became: disclosure of concept, contents and factors of competitiveness of the region; the description of conceptual approaches in Russia and abroad to Public-private partnership; the analysis of features of development of public-private partnership in regions of Russia and his influence on their competitiveness; development of the priority directions of commission of the mechanism of public-private partnership in regions of Russia; identification of positive and negative sides of modern system of realization public-private partnership in regions on the example of Kursk region and development of profile recommendations. The scientific novelty of this work is that this research reveals features of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the context of increase of competitiveness of the Russian regions across Russia in general and on the example of Kursk region. In this case it is also quite useful to refer to the experience of the devel-oped European countries. The support of small and medium business, in particular, in the EU is organized very thoroughly, profile standard legal mechanisms of her providing in practice are developed, there is a gradual standardization and standardization of national legislations of EU countries, the certain states make on this way more serious progress in comparison with the others, than set the last one a positive example and expand investment appeal and competitiveness of the whole region. In research the conclusion is that the existing market competition between re-gions in Russia often leads to the fact that owing to economic feasibility sup-port is got, first of all, by advanced regions of the country.
