Master dissertation "The Peculiarities of Regulation of Individuals Having Secondary Employment" is devoted to the studies of the legal regulations of secondary employment. In the work analyzed significant amount of judicial practice. According to a study by the author substantiates the necessity of introduction of amendments and additions to the legal norms that regulate labor relations with individuals having secondary employment.
