Master's thesis is devoted to the changes in the functioning of the structural divisions of cadastral registration authorities. As the study was an analysis of the organizational structure of the branch FGBI "Rosreestra PCF" in the Perm region, where the deficiencies in the organization of the manufacturing process have been identified. Currently, the Branch there is a lack of statutory documents, coordinating the work of different divisions, the uneven distribution of functions among the staff, and the lack of coordinated work between the departments. As solutions to problems administrative solutions to improve the activity of the branch FGBI "Rosreestra PCF" in the Perm region were developed. Management decisions are offered in the form of developed technological schemes for the settlement of the manufacturing process and the recommendations for improving the system of motivation of employees of the branch. Flow charts allow to regulate the production process in the branch, increase the quality of public services, increase the turnover rate of the document, as well as improve the overall quality of the work of the Branch. If the application circuit will show effective results, then in the future the results can be translated to other regions of the Russian Federation.
