Project Approach to Establishing of Innovation Cluster's Infrastructure (the Case of BITC Pushino)

Research subject: appliance of project management tools in practice of establishing BITC Pushino’s innovation infrastructure. Goal: development of scientifically based recommendations to project management appliance in process of establishing innovation cluster’s infrastructure. Methodology: polling and interview. The first paragraph considers theoretical aspects of establishing infrastructure of innovation territorial cluster, including definition of innovation territorial cluster, its infrastructure elements and clusters’ role in the process of regional economic development. The second paragraph is related to analysis of main problems in establishing innovation infrastructure of clusters through the example of BITC Pushino. The third paragraph is concentrated on possibilities of project approach appliance in the process of establishing innovation infrastructure of clusters and giving recommendations to development of BITC Pushino. The work consists of 110 pages, 11 figures, 10 tables, 54 literature sources.
