The Relationship of Leadership Style in the Project Team and its Effectiveness

The dissertation’s topic is “Resistance to innovation projects implementation”. The main goal is to identify the most considerable causes of resistance to innovation projects implementation into organization, determining the most effective ways of managing the resistance and lastly providing recommendations. In the first chapter the theoretical analysis, dedicated to project management, resistance and implementation innovations, is provided. The main reasons of the resistance’s emerging, factors affecting the resistance, methods of its managing and hypothesis are defined. The second chapter is dedicated to the researching the methods used to proving the hypothesis, experts’ samples and its results obtained through the structured interview. The most important part of the research is drawing up the recommendations. These recommendations are the structured manual for managing the resistance to innovation projects implementation.
