Development of Public-Private Partnership in Russia: Analysis of Regional Features

This paper is aimed to Public-Private Partnership analyses in Russia. Author studied practices of Public-Private Partnership use in Russia and in the world, described forms and outstanding characteristics of Public-Private Partnership, made the legislative framework analyses, made the Public-Private Partnership’s regional peculiarities analyses. Much attention is paid to the development of the recommendations about Public-Private Partnership mechanisms improvement according to conducted analyses. Author answered the question: what contributes and what prevents the development of Public-Private Partnership in the Russian regions? Thus, for example, hypothesis that there are more Public-Private Partnership projects in economically prosperous regions confirmed. The presented work may be interested to scientists, teachers, students, experts in Public-Private Partnerships and to all, who are interested in the formation and development of Public-Private Partnership in Russia.
