Methodology For Assessing Customer Risk While Performing Work For State Needs

This master thesis deals with the development of the customer risk assessment methodologies in the field of public contracts, optimization of the evaluation process of the performer during a two-stage selection process. The purpose of this work - identification kinds of risks, the most typical of the state as the customer in cooperation with private entities in the form of outsourcing and building on their basis of the methodology of the risk assessment of the state as the customer, by means of which the selection will be available for co-operation organizations. The object of research is the mechanism of selection partners among private organizations by state, and the subject - the methodology of the risk assessment of the state as the customer. Used methods: analysis, classification, modeling. The relevance of this topic is that the customer is in the outsourcing relationship (in this case it is the state) is always interested in the proper execution of works by the contractor, as well as the interest in the absence of potential losses, which can be facilitated developed in this work methodology, which also shows the practical significance operation. In this paper, we propose to pay attention to how the organization contestants previously implemented similar projects, as well as the condition of the financial and economic activity that emphasizes the novelty of scientific research. Developed in methodology can be used as the primary stage of the selection of a partner organization to perform any type of work or services.
