The Improving The Efficiency Of Financial And Economic Activity Of The Logistics Company Using Integrated Risk Management System

This master's thesis is devoted to developing valid proposals and practical recommendations of efficiencies’ increase of financial-economic activity on the basis of minimizing the risks to the logistics company. The relevance of the topic is confirmed by a large number of risks in the sphere of logistics services, associated in particular with the current economic instability affecting the performance of the company, and the growing interest and importance of logistics in Russia. The purpose of the master thesis is to develop valid proposals and practical recommendations of efficiencies’ increase of financial-economic activity of the logistics company on the basis of minimizing the risks. The first chapter is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of the financial-economic activity effectiveness, its economic essence and methods, criteria and indicators for evaluation. Also there are discussed the concept of the logistics process and the analysis of the current state of the Russian logistics market. In the second chapter we discussed the risks inherent in the market of transport logistic services. Studied risk assessment and optimization methods. In the third chapter, carried out SWOT-analysis of "VSK Lodzhitik", the analysis of financial results of production-economic, assess the effectiveness of the financial-economic activity of the company. Also presents a simplified risk register, built linear regression to identify significant financial risk indicators. Quantitative assessment of significant risks, and proposed measures to minimize them conducive to the efficiency of financial and economic activities of the company. Practical significance of the dissertation depends on what proposals and recommendations can be used by logistics managers of enterprises of different levels.
