Improvement of Organization Inventory System

This graduation work is devoted to enrich knowledge in the Inventory Management sphere. Inventory Management is an exceedingly important part of any business since inaccuracy in control can lead to dramatic problems. In the current paper, we analyze a company inventory system to find out their weaknesses. The basic method that we use in this research are ABC and XYZ methods. By using their, company can clearly see the distribution of inventories in different indicators, for example profit, total costs and others. Therefore, based on the obtained data the recommendations can be developed.
