Staff Motivation of Agricultural Company «Istok»

The issue of stuff motivation is an indispensable aspect of the efficient management and improved job satisfaction of workers. Nowadays the problem of motivation has received greater attention than before in human resource management. It has also stimulated researches in such areas, as psychology, economics and agriculture. This project proposal investigated the factors, affecting stuff motivation model of one of the typical Russian agricultural companies. Using a unique database, this paper examines the main issues of the stuff motivation and provides evidence on possible system of its improvement. We assume that the technique employed will be sufficient for the management system of agricultural companies and will be useful for the analysis of the company’s motivation profile in general.
