Strategic Analysis of Co-working Market Aimed at Establishing a New Business

This graduate work is based on the actual topic of the implementation of an innovative project of co-working center in Perm city. The development of cities is primarily due to a variety of companies and the level of their activities. Innovative business develops and expands the boundaries of the city. Due to existing business models, many of which were adopted from abroad, cities successfully develop. The main problem of this work is the fact that this business area is severely underdeveloped for the city with a population of one million people. In this analysis the method of questionnaires and other secondary data analysis methods were used. The results of the study showed that the coworking business can be quite effective in the territory of the city of Perm. The result of this thesis can be used as a business plan. Key words: co-working, co-working space, innovation, social project, project.
