Recruitment Patterns of Top-Ranking Federal Ministries Officers in Dmitry Medvedev’s Cabinet

This study provides an analysis of deputy ministers recruitment in Dmitri Medvedev’s government. The aim of the study is to recognize patterns of deputy ministers recruitment. The research question is how threw deputy ministers are recruited. The hypothesis says some features of the recruitment process can be find out based on social institutionalism methodology. Political background, professional skills, private links and even security service experience are taken into consideration.
