Analysis of the Company’s Warehouse System

The topic of this paper is "Analysis of the Company’s Warehouse System". For today, the majority of manufacturing companies has warehouses. In order to find out how warehouse activity is carried out in fact and what difficulties and challenges faced by workers in practice, analysis was carried out in a particular company. The object of the study was the Distribution Centre of "Norman-Vivat". The instruments of research were the analysis of documents, participant observation and photography of working time. After analysis of the collected information, errors have been identified in the areas of reception and complectation, as well as problems with the servicing of warehouse equipment. For each situation have been developed specific recommendations to reduce the financial and time losses.
