Logistic Business Process Optimization in the Organization

The present research refers to newly evolving investigations of logistic business process optimization. It is intended to cover the main problems connected with business process management. The general purpose of this project is to define specific set of tools that can be useful for company in order to optimize its logistic business processes. Two main approaches are considered thoroughly in the frame of this project. The most effective tools are described and evaluated. Overall, studies of business process are intended to be easily adapted for practical purposes by means of several techniques.
