In an unfavorable economic environment, growing competition in the field of catering, businesses are faced with the need to retain old customers and attract new to save the financial performance of the enterprise. With this situation facing the restaurant «Vaclav». This graduation thesis is aimed to develop an effective program promotion of organization in the field of catering. Achieving the goal of thesis is determine by the analysis of theoretical materials, field studies at the enterprise, besides analysis of the economic effects of the implementation of the program. The study identified significant shortcomings of the program of promotion of the restaurant «Vaclav». Proposed to introduce a set of measures to promote the organization of the market of public catering will attract potential new clients for the institution, while retaining the old commitment.
