Developing Business Model for a Quest Room in Perm

Questrooms are a relatively new form of entertainment, so in Russia there are no studies pertaining to this business, and this is due to the relevance of the topic chosen, given the rapid expansion of the market quests and a relatively small number of competitors. To develop project business, specializing in the organization and carrying out quests, you need to analyze the market in which the business will operate, to identify its specific characteristics and features. The study was conducted in three stages. At the initial stage was the analysis of information from open sources to assess the state of the market at the moment, in the dynamics and trends of its movement. In the second phase was interviews with market experts of quests. At the final stage was conducted the online survey on social networks and via the email newsletter, based on the analysis of the responses of market experts. As a result of the study was provided with a draft business model Alexander and Yves Osterwalder Pigna. According to the obtained results, we can conclude that the considered market is rather attractive, and the project is economically viable.
