Year of Graduation: 2016

We propose a new approach to understand the behavior of the person in the conflict. It was founded by Professor, Doctor of Psychology, Ivanova Natalia L. and suggests that understanding the causes of conflict interaction is necessary to study the experience of social interaction of the individual who has accumulated them in the process of life. This is due to the fact that this experience provides social representations and formed a category in which there is a conflict situation assessment and determination of the individual's place in it. This approach is based on the understanding that the individual's behavior in conflict is determined not only by his personal characteristics, but also its subjective interpretation of the situation, defining it as a conflict, and therefore, the choice of strategy of behavior in it. All of this research forms the self-identity problem in conflict situations, and therefore updating its social identity. Thus, it is important and urgent today to study the characteristics of the conflict of human behavior that have not yet been considered, but it is proposed consideration of social identity.
