Russian scholars in the field of political science and journalism have rarely appeared, describing or confirming the facts of the anonymous third party intervention in online discussions and forums therefore, so the problem of artificial activity is not wide-explained and proved. The relevance of this academic project is determined by the obvious increase of imitated user activity on various forums, chats, comment sections and social media during the above mentioned social-political campaigns. The aim of this paper is to determine who ordered this artificial activity during the social-political information campaigns and to show the financial model of this structure. We will apply to factorial, mathematical, theme-content and typological analysis to demonstrate that the imitated activity is ineffective and costly. By this paper the author will attempt to prove not only the existence of artificial informational support, but also to assess the effectiveness of these mechanisms.
