Specificity of PR Services Performance in Russian Non-Profit Organizations

The study area of the project proposal is public relations in non-profit organizations. It focuses on the specificity of PR services in Russian NPOs. The essential problem statement is referred to typical features of the process of working in non-profit organization. The objective of the project is to demonstrate the professional skills of PR workers of NPOs and the mechanism facilitating people’s active participation in giving assistance to those who face troubles in life and encourage altruism. To reach the goal content analysis, comparative analysis and expert interviews have been used. The informative content of different non-profit organizations will be searched and then compared. It will help to realize the methods used by these organizations to get ink into their cause. The expert interviews will illustrate particular work of NPOs in Russia, the obstacles they have to overcome. The results anticipated will represent the evidences of most problem statements among which are: the attitude of people to charity, the extent of their willingness and readiness to give aid and support the work of NPOs. Thus the work of NPOs is directly related to people’s involvement in their activity as well as the government’s engagement in charity events, that eventually effects the welfare of citizens.
