The aim of this thesis is to identify problems in the medical equipment installation project management system for a company N, as well as to develop recommendations for further improvement of the project management system in the company. In the first part of the thesis is a theoretical analysis of the existing organizational structure of the company N and project management mechanisms. The second part of a study aimed at identifying the existing project management system problems. The third part put forward proposals and recommendations for changes in the organizational structure and adjustment of project management processes in the company N.
