Development of Adaptation Program for Teachers at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (NRU HSE-NN) Any executive knows that the main resource of the organization - it's staff. Only by developing and investing in staff, you can achieve high performance. In this work we were considered aspects of teachers to adapt the example of the HSE NN. The aim of this work is to develop adaptation programs of teachers in the structure of the HSE NN. In order to better understand the problem, different approaches to understand the adaptation of personnel, as well as analyzed the targets were studied species, the main stages of this process and advanced tools to adapt personnel. Also, in a study in progress of work were analyzed key documents to adapt. It was conducted interviews with young teachers. And based on the analysis of the data obtained in the adaptation program has been developed for the teachers, which will allow teachers to undergo a process of adaptation to the workplace quickly and painlessly. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for the introduction of a new adaptation of the program for teachers
