Due to the increasing complexity of connections and relationships in the financial and economic environment, there is an increase in the number of subjects and types of financial activities, changes legislation, improved scheme of financial crimes. Any side of the state financial control in Russia now require motivated and purposeful consideration, strengthening discipline and order in the area of ​​formation, distribution and use of public resources and the budgets of all levels of budgetary system of Russian Federation. To date, the public sector methodology, form and technology in terms of internal financial control are far from perfect, so in need of development. Therefore, in the framework of the final qualifying work is to try to identify a number of key issues related to the organization of internal financial control.
