The Efficiency Audit of the Formation and Using of Equity

The aim of the study is to develop informational and methodological support of the efficiency audit of the formation and using of equity and develop recommendations to improve the efficiency of these processes. During the study, the goals and purposes of the efficiency audit of the equity formation and using have been formulated. The research disclosures the information of the JSC "Nizhpharm" is the leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Russia, CIS and Baltic. Recent investigation presents characteristics of company’s financial condition. The study describes the entity information, presents the analysis of the internal and external organisation’s environment using PEST-analysis and the SWOT-analysis, evaluates the internal control system reliability, and considers industry and business risks. In addition, the offered technique is developed and tested including the efficiency audit plan and program with the description of audit procedures. Moreover, there are recommendations to improve the efficiency of the formation and using of equity at JSC "Nizhpharm". The professional significance of the study is the determination of the content of the efficiency audit and to systematize the implementation methods, tools and criteria.
