Problems on Structuring and Valuation Factors of Business Reputation

Currently intangible assets are the key factor for business success. The intangible assets contain the ideas of business vision, provided product, technology of production organization and management, enterprise management. They are the basis of stability and competitiveness of business. Business reputation influence on impact on a company's operations , can significantly increase the company value and lead to getting additional profit. In the work on the basis of theoretical and practical analysis clarifies the concept of business reputation of the company, examines the factors that shape business reputation, is being developed and used the methodology for assessing how the integrated indicator on the example of non-state pension funds.
