Social Integration of the Disabled in Russia – the Role of Employment and Personal Example

The research explores the social integration of the disabled people to the society - diversifies the ethical and sociological attempts to the problem, emphasises the potential ways of socialization - through education, employment and personal motivation. The practical exploration of the problem is also demonstrated in order to get to the underlying causes of the succesfull social integration. Also, the alternative motivation for the integration is considered. Key words: disabled person, socialization, employment
