The Development of Intelligent Remote System Monitoring Hardware-Software Complex "Smart House"

This paper describes the development process of introduction of automation technology used in rooms and buildings so-called "smart house". In the first part of the paper will be delivered to the target and its attendant challenges to achieve it. In the second part told the general concepts and trends in the field of building automation. In the third part will be described and analyzed the currently used technology. selection of the most suitable technology will be made on which system will be built. In the fourth part will be told the reasons for choosing this technology and shows a comparison of selected technologies. In the fifth part of it will be described what elements should the system will consist, communication and function of these cells to function properly. In the sixth part describes the system and user interface requirements for its species. In the seventh section we describe how the choice of equipment for the modeled system. In the eighth part of the work described hardware configuration. In the ninth part describes the financial cost of maintenance of the system and its installation. In the tenth chapter presents some of the results of the system. In the eleventh part of the conclusion described by this paper, In the twelfth shows the list of used literature.
