In frames of final qualifying work the opportunity of business process automatization in Wargaming's volunteers organisation was revealed. First chapter consists of the brief review of organisation, business process modelling and market research in field of HR-Systems. As the result of market research the decision of independent development was made and technical task was created. In the second chapter there are simplifyed project charter and explanatory note to the technical project, which describe the basic principles of development.
