The aim of the present work is the calibration of hemodynamic model and input parameters for it to provide blood flow simulation on the graph of basic arteries of particular patient. The study presents the mathematical model based on the nonlinear one-dimensional (1-D) of mass and momentum conservation laws. The choice of boundary conditions based on the reproduction the experiment with silicone graph. This experiment was provided by British researchers and represented the simulation of blood flow in main human arteries. Calculations provided on real patient graph. Numerical model is based on grid-characteristic method. Obtained results corresponds with the medics’ observations.
