Internet Banking and its Role in the Development of the Banking Business

The main aim of this work is studying of Internet- banking, the assessment of its development and identifying future trends in the development of Internet banking in the world. To achieve the goal following tasks were set: to identify the basic concepts and types of remote banking services; to identify the main problems of development of Internet banking, as well as to consider possible prospects of its development; evaluation and cost calculation of the organization and content of DBO; to compare the cost of customer service via Internet banking and Bank branch. The work consists of introduction, three chapters (two theoretical and practical), conclusions, list of references and applications. The amount of work 45 pages.
