Topic: "The anti-competitive behavior in the system of the state order". Volume of the graduate work is 40 pages, on which 3 figures and 5 tables are placed. The subject of the research was the mechanism of realization of the state order, its order, the regulatory framework and basic principles. The diploma work includes an introduction, two chapters, two conclusions on a chapter, the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, raise the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study are determined, the subject of scientific research, aims and objectives, stated methodological base of research, its theoretical and practical significance. n the first chapter provided a theoretical overview that reveals the content of the concepts of public procurement, discussed in detail the procedure and the basic principles of their implementation, as well as provide an overview of key publications and regulations. The second chapter is carried out the analysis of statistical data, during which practical examples tracked mechanism and conditions of the non-competitive behavior and also identify possible measures to prevent and contain recommendations for improving the regulatory framework. The withdrawal under Chapter 2 describes the significance of the results. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and main proposals for further improvements in the implementation of public procurement procedure and the relevant legal framework, which allows to minimize the risks of the non-competitive behavior and criminal conspiracy.
