Final qualifying work entitled "Development of Information System "Automated Local Government Financial Management System": A Feasibility study" is written in accordance with the curriculum of the Faculty of" Business Informatics "of the Perm branch of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education" National Research University "Higher School of Economics "approved by the State educational standard of higher professional education" Direction 080500.62. The first chapter is devoted to a description of the existing methodological bases of business architecture development: approaches to the description of the enterprise business architecture, analysis, compilation of standards of business architecture, a system of indicators to measure the effectiveness of the enterprise.
