Accounting and Audit of Financial Results

The title of the Bachelor’s thesis is "The account and audit of financial results". The data sources are accounting records and financial reports of ROST-meditsina-NN LLC which the field of activity is rendering medical services. Relevance of a subject is caused by importance of the correct accounting of financial results as the main indicator of efficiency of an enterprise. The practical importance of work is the growth of the medical companies. The work purpose is to study the account and audit of financial results and its conducting by the example of the medical company ROST-meditsina-NN. The next goal is to develop recommendations about improvement of system of the account and to develop information and methodical ensuring audit of financial results. The structure of this final qualification work is caused by the purpose and research problems. In chapter 1 of this research the purposes and tasks of the account and audit of financial results are considered, the review existing regulations on this subject is carried out, and the comparative analysis of Russian Accounting System and International Financial Reporting Standards of financial results is also carried out. The second part of this research includes information on activity of LLC ROST-Meditsina-NN. Accounting policies of the organization and an order of accounting of financial results are investigated in details. In addition to this, it is shown how the report on financial results is formed. The chapter 3 consists in development of information and methodical ensuring audit of financial results. It evaluates the materiality, internal control system, auditor risk and sampling in the medical company. Besides, the plan and the program of audit of financial results are formed, procedures of audit are approved. Moreover, it includes recommendations for improving the accounting system.
