Organization and Analysis of the Credit Policy of the Company in Relations with Buyers and Customers

Relevance of the research topic due to increasing in modern conditions the necessity of solving the problems of optimization of accounts receivable, the calculations with their counterparts, the budget, the tax authorities. The high level of accounts receivable as at the federal level, the region, and a separate economic entity is the need for timely and qualitative assessment of debtor companies in order to create an effective credit policies. The aim of the study is to develop based on the study of the theory and practice of evidence-based recommendations for the management of accounts receivable organization. The object of research are the economic relations arising in the process of enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise management by optimizing receivables management businesses. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical issues of a comprehensive assessment of debtor companies "Company Omega". The theoretical part deals with aspects of lending and credit policy of the organization, the methods for accounts receivable management, order and stages of development of the credit policy of the organization. Also considering the refinancing of receivables and its species. The second chapter provides a description of the current state of the company to determine the financial requirements for credit policy strategy. The third chapter deals with measures to optimize the company's accounts receivable in conjunction with the optimization of the company's stock and control of accounts payable. The results give a positive economic effect and lead to an increase in the company's profits.
