Small Business’ State Regulation: Interaction’s Effectiveness (Cross-Country Analysis) By Nataliya O. Chistovskaya. The Bachelor’s Thesis by the fourth-year student of the group 12WE-2 NRSU HSE – Nizhny Novgorod, training direction 38.03.01 «Economics» and educational program “Economics”. Volume of diploma work 78 pages on which 6 figures and 15 tables are placed. When writing the diploma has been used 41 source. The aim of this work is to scrutinize issues related to government regulation of small business. In accordance with the purpose of the following tasks are solved: • investigated the theoretical and the socio-economic bases of regulation of small business; • an analysis of state regulation of small business in Russia and abroad; • examine the practice of state regulation of small business on an example of the trading industry. The graduate work includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusions of written chapters, the final conclusion. As a result of the work of the following conclusions: • one of the main directions of development of the Russian economy is creating favorable conditions for the maintenance of small business; • according to the study, the most popular measure of the state support of small and medium-sized businesses in virtually all countries - provision of state guarantees for loans to SMEs; • small businesses have advantages in comparison with larger companies in terms of activities in specialized market niches; production of specialized products in small batches; access to local markets and knowledge of the needs and specificities of local markets.
