A profitable business development is complicated in the reality of the global financial crisis. To achieve the successful business goals more and more companies are trying to attract the investors. Business modeling - a trend that captured the attention of the entrepreneurs, managers, researchers and consultants. In the modern world, both large and small companies often face the challenge of the maintenance and the innovation of the business processes. It could be seen as the phenomenon of new business ideology or as the way to convert an existing business to success. In this work will be analyzed the most important aspects of the innovative business modeling and the opportunities to apply the innovative busyness models into the development of science The aim of the thesis - the analysis and the evaluation of business model, the analysis of the economical efficiency and the vitality of the LLC Teprocom The practical part of this work represents the characteristics and the analysis of the data provided by the innovative fund of the state-private partnership Skolkovo and LLC Teprocom
