Distribution Systems Optimization of the Organization "Melon Fashion Group"

Depending on many factors, optimization of the distribution system includes individual solutions for each company. To make the right decisions with regards to effective optimization of the distribution network should analyse the effectiveness of the links in the distribution system. Undoubtedly, the relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that the optimization process of distribution, characterized as one of the positive transformations in logistics has a direct influence on the formation of the modern market: an increasing number of companies with well-functioning distribution system. Thus, the relevance of the topic of this work is to examine the effectiveness of the system of distribution of the studied company, as well as identifying ways of its optimization, which is the goal of this work. To achieve this goal provides for the following tasks research tasks: • consideration of the nature and content distribution system; • development of performance indicators distribution system; • analysis of the effectiveness of the system of distribution according to the developed indicators • identification of strengths and weaknesses of the system of distribution of the studied firms; • development of proposals on optimization of the distribution network. The object of study is a segment of logistics –distribution. The subject of the study, in turn, acts as the implementation mechanism of the distribution network in the company of open society "Melon Fashion Group".
