In the introduction purpose of work and objectives of the study are defined. In the first chapter "Procurement in the modern global market": The theoretical basis for the organization of procurement of goods and services is studied. In the second chapter of "Comparative analysis of procurement rules leading financial institutions": The features of the World Bank's Procurement (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and the Eurasian Development Bank were revealed. In the third chapter of "Trends in international procurement market": problems awere analyzed and solutions were offered. In conclusion, the fundamental conclusions of the study were made/
