In this work, College of Information Business Systems of the National University of Science and Technology MISiS (IIBS NUST MISiS) management system are studied.

The purpose of this work is to develop a design project of EDMS for the IIBS NUST MISiS. Electronic document managements systems, used in the Russian institutes of higher learning, are analyzed. Requirements to the under development system are formulated. Taking into account using cloud storage, business process and data flow models of IIBS NUST MISiS are designed. System information model and user interface design are developed. By the total cost of ownership, introduction expediency of the designed system is discovered. The results of this work may be useful for future design such electronic document management system for the similar IIBS NUST MISiS organisations.
