The aim of this research is to design and develop the web-application for entering, viewing, and editing of semantic relationships between words. Such technologies as ASP.NET WebForms, Entity Framework, D3.js visualization library were studied during the work process. The tasks of database creating, user interface designing and visualization of interconnections between word were formulated and solved.
