The purpose of this master’s thesis is Development of the Controlling System Company's Logistic Activities for pharmaceutical company CJSC “Fresenius SP” who is the leader on their market. Controlling system will allow to find the balance between costs and the level of logistic services and will allow to keep its leading position on the market thanks to getting timely relevant information about supply chain processes and thanks to prompt response of rapidly developing situations in business.
